Dr. Anna Spenceley: Tourism and Conservation Specialist: Anna holds a PhD from the University of Greenwich on sustainable tourism. She is chair of the IUCN World Commission on Protected Areas (WCPA) Tourism and Protected Areas Specialist group, a senior research fellow at the School of Tourism and Hospitality at the University of Johannesburg. She was a founding director of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) and sits on the GSTC Destination Working Group. She is also an Expert Group member of the Global Partnership on Sustainable Tourism.
Andrew Rylance: Private Sector Specialist: Andrew specialises in two areas of work: economic development and investment in rural areas and natural resource economics. He is a research fellow of the University of Johannesburg and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Environmental Economics from the University of London, a Masters Degree in Development Studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a Bachelors Degree (Honours) in Economics and Politics from the University of York (UK).
